And though, A Thousand and One Erotic Nights Part II: The Forbidden Tales carries over all the core elements from A Thousand and One Erotic Nights. The result is an underwhelming knockoff that suffers from many of the issues that plagued XXX cinema since it's Golden Age. Most notably an anemic narrative that weighted down with sex scenes.
There are eight sex scenes in A Thousand and One Erotic Nights Part II: The Forbidden Tales. The sex scenes are best described as mechanical and most them lack any heat. With that being said, the only sex scenes that leave a lasting impression are a sex scene with Jamie Gillis (The Opening of Misty Beethoven, Dracula Sucks) in the role of a 'court jester' like character whose also The Sultan's closest confidant and the last sex scene with Kari Foxx in the role of Scheherezade and Francois Papillon in the role of The Sultan as they have sex in front of a mirror.
