Seka's reputation will not be tarnished in her scenes with Paul, nor will any of the other sex bits marr what must rank as a triumph in eroticism. Definitely for fans of hot sex and it should also have strange appeal for couples. Included in the cast are many of the unsung, underrated stars of the San Francisco Bay Area scene.

While the other film on the DVD--Same Time Every Year sounds like it's fun to watch, A Place Beyond Shame is the major reason to get this video. In the movie Seka plays a computer programmer who has problems enjoying sex, so a friend recommends a therapist who  her and takes her back through her sexual memory. While the words "" or "" aren't used, the rest of the trappings are there--the therapist induces her into a trance at first with a swinging charm, then talks her into a trance in her subsequent sessions.

Before now, the only place to find this movie was at some online video outlets specializing in hard-to-find movies of any and all genres. I had hoped for a remake someday, perhaps with Stacy Valentine, but she has retired from adult video performing. Despite all the performers with blonde hair and big boobs, there are very few who match the beauty of the original Platinum Princess.

Anyway, here it is for anyone who's interested. I'm going to post this in Seka's Yahoo! group--when I talked to her at the 2005 Chicago Glamourcon, she didn't remember this movie. I need to respectfully remind her that it did indeed exist.
